This policy describes the ways we collect, store, use and protect your personal information. You accept this policy when you sign up for or use our products, services or any other features, technologies or functionalities offered by us on our website or through any other means. We may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. In addition, if the revised version includes a substantial change, we will provide you with 30 days’ prior notice by posting notice of the change on the "Policy Updates" page of our website.

How we collect information about you

When you are using RazorSix Tactical, we collect information about your transactions and your other activities on our website.  Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways such as contacts with our customer support team or results when you purchase an item

How we use cookies

When you access our website, we, or companies we hire to track how our website is used, may place small data files called "cookies" on your computer. We send a "session cookie" to your computer when you log in to your account.

How we protect and store personal information

Throughout this policy, we use the term "personal information" to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been anonymized so that it does not identify a specific user. We do not store your personal information other than your name and address. We use PayPal exclusively to protect you

We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

How we use the personal information we collect

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We may use your personal information to:

·        resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems;

·        prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

 

DOMESTIC/APO ORDERS

Here at RazorSix Tactical most packages ship via USPS Flat Rate Mail. If it fits it ships-as they say. Heavier packages over 70 lbs may ship via UPS Ground. Please check USPS.com (
http://ircalc.usps.gov/) to confirm if Express Mail will guarantee delivery to your address within 1 or 2 days from Portland, OR 97239. To prevent fraud and protect our customers, high value orders placed by first time customers may be subject to additional verification measures before shipping.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are charged standard USPS published rates and ship quickly via USPS Global Express. Packages are shipped with full insurance, and typically arrive within 3-10 days. Please refer to the following link:
http://ircalc.usps.gov/ or check the list below for estimated delivery times. To prevent fraud and protect our customers, first time international customers may be asked to submit an ID. All subsequent orders will be sent without restriction.

In keeping with ITAR we follow strict guidelines and as such cannot export any laser products, IR products and functioning firearms. Items that cannot be exported are noted accordingly in the product's description. International orders containing "No Export" products will be canceled and refunded.

Duties and Taxes

International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Orders CANNOT be declared as gifts or undervalued. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

International Shipping Rates

If you would like to find out what your international shipping charges will be, simply add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once you select your country option and complete the additional address fields, your shipping charges will be displayed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you're not satisfied for any reason, return the unused product within 30 days for an exchange of a different size or color. Online purchases are a full refund minus shipping costs, no questions asked.* *(Products must be new and re-sellable - in the condition you received them in - with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

1.      Request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) by emailing cs@razorsixtactical.com   with your (1) full name, (2) order number, (3) reason for your return, and (4) the item name and quantity you would like to return.

 

2.      Write your RMA # on the mailing label. All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA # or they will not be accepted- the RMA # allows us to provide you timely and effective customer service.

3.      Include a copy of your invoice

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 6-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.

 


INTERNET EXCHANGES

WE HAVE NO INTERNET EXCHANGE POLICY. In order to expedite the handling of your orders, we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, please place a separate order online for the item(s) that you want to "exchange", and simultaneously request an RMA # (as detailed above) to return the original item for a full refund. This method insures that we don't have a dual entry in our real-time inventory system and you receive your new order as economically and quickly as you received the original order.


Training Course Policies

DISCOUNTS: We offer discounts to clients who refer others to our courses. Your referral must attend a course in order to receive the discount. Email us for more details.

Training Philosophy: You have to determine life’s final worth and how many hours fit in your budget and ultimately what you “want to be” at the end of the course. We prefer folks go the entire length of hours specified for a course. This will make you a confident shooter vs. “how do I do that again?” shooter.

Gun Selection: Our gun selection is currently a 2 step process. (If you do not have a gun now)- You can select from the proven guns that we order for you. Once a gun arrives for you at our shop we “prep it” for purchase for you- then give you a quick maintenance class. We also set you up with the correct holster(s) and belt(s) and accessories-based upon your intended use.

Gear Selection: Buy once and buy right the first time! Do not buy cheap gear it will fail you when you need it most.

Course fees: Our course fees cover experienced instructor time, travel, insurance, dry fire practice instruction, live fire practice, live fire scenarios, range fees, fuel and supplies. We also give students access to our video library and transport from a predetermined location if needed. Courses do not include ammo. Students must purchase ammo prior to class.

200 rounds per gun for 4 hour block is standard. Combat Teams course ammo will be 400 rifle and 200 pistol. Rental guns are available.

Student Expectations: Please follow the equipment guidelines. Students missing critical gear will be asked to reschedule their course for a later date. We are very thorough and provide tough and comprehensive tactical training courses under no mental harassment caused by an instructor. If you are attending a TEAMS course you will eat, live and train with your team for the duration of the class. Students will be treated professionally and will be required to act accordingly. The Lead Instructor reserves the right to release a student from the course for major safety violations or for a disruptive unprofessional attitude.

Payment Terms/Cancellation: Students must prepay at least 10 days in advance for the course in order to register. We take VISA, MC, Discover and American Express. You have 3 ways to reserve a course. Cancellations: We have a no refund cancelation policy due to the cost of reservation of ranges, range time and instructor travel. We do allow you to move your date to a later date in the same calendar year only. We ask for a 24hour courtesy notice cancellation.
